We're a team of 7, with an ambitious trajectory — on pace for $7M+ in sales this year and building toward $10M — and we're looking for an <em>experienced advisor</em> who wants to be part of that growth.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>We're seeking an established Luxury Travel Advisor to join our team. The candidate must have an existing book of business, a passion for crafting exceptional itineraries, and the relationship-building skills to grow a loyal client base. This is an ideal opportunity for an advisor who is ready to leave behind the limitations of working solo and wants the backing of an established agency brand, operations support, and preferred supplier relationships.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Design and sell custom luxury itineraries across destinations worldwide, including hotels, resorts, villas, private guides, cruises, and multi-generational or group travel</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships that generate repeat bookings and referrals</li><li>Leverage Virtuoso/Brownell preferred partnerships to secure upgrades, amenities, and value-adds for clients</li><li>Manage the full client journey — from initial consultation through booking, pre-trip prep, and post-trip follow-up</li><li>Stay current on luxury travel trends, new properties, and destination knowledge through supplier trainings, fam trips, and industry events</li><li>Collaborate with our operations and marketing team to ensure seamless service delivery and brand consistency</li><li>Most importantly, this person must go the extra mile in all circumstances for our clients.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of experience as a luxury travel advisor with a demonstrated, transferable client book</li><li>Strong existing relationships with luxury suppliers, hotels, and/or tour operators</li><li>Track record of meeting or exceeding personal sales targets in the luxury/FIT space</li><li>Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with high attention to detail</li><li>Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own client pipeline within a team structure</li><li>Familiarity with Virtuoso, Brownell, or similar host agency/consortia models a plus</li><li>Based in or willing to work within U.S. time zones; Alabama-based candidates welcome but not required</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Access to Virtuoso's preferred partner network and amenity program</li><li>Established agency infrastructure: operations support, marketing resources, and back-office systems so you can focus on selling and serving clients</li><li>Competitive commission split, with room to grow as your book grows</li><li>A collaborative, close-knit team culture team of 7 amazing women, with room for input and growth as the agency scales</li><li>Opportunities for supplier fam trips and industry events</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>How to Apply</strong></p><ul><li>Interested candidates should send a resume and a brief note about your current book of business and areas of specialty to kathryn@kathrynburnstravel.com.</li></ul>
