Baik Brands Inc. is looking to hire a Warehouse Fulfillment Supervisor to join our rapidly expanding team at our Headquarters office in Dallas, Texas. In this role, the Fulfillment Supervisor will report to the Operations Manager. They will lead daily warehouse operations and support the team in meeting productivity, accuracy, and service goals. This role is responsible for ensuring workflow efficiency, maintaining safety standards, assisting with training team members, and helping coordinate daily warehouse activities to meet operational goals. The ideal candidate must be a strong communicator who can coach employees, solve problems quickly, and keep operations moving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

· Supervise & lead daily fulfillment operations to ensure productivity, accuracy, timely order completion, and meeting company standards (including picking, packing, order releasing, shipping).

· Coordinate workflow and delegate tasks to fulfillment team members based on operational priorities

· Manage computer print outs of all shipping labels (UPS, FedEx)

· Serve as a point of contact for warehouse staff, providing guidance, support, and problem resolution throughout the shift

· Monitor team performance and assist in maintaining efficiency standards and operational goals

· Train, mentor, and onboard new fulfillment employees on warehouse procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols

· Read, interpret, and prioritize work orders to ensure accurate processing and distribution

· Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and maintaining a clean & organized warehouse

· Finalize work orders and ensure accurate database and inventory system updates

· Enforce adherence to company policies, warehouse procedures, and safety policies

· Communicate operational challenges, staffing needs, and process improvement opportunities to management

· Support leadership in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly fulfillment and productivity goals

· Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and adapt to changing priorities as needed.

· Identify opportunities to innovate and improve, providing additional benefits to the customer

· Other duties assigned by senior management

Requirements

· 2+ yrs hands-on experience working in a Fulfillment Management role

· Ability to listen well, comprehend, and analyze situations

· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills lity to lead and drive to build a diverse and high performing team

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Computer Literate (Excel, Word, Outlook, InfoPlus/WMS systems)

· Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the job duties, the employee is regularly required to:

· Must be able to sustain long periods of walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, lifting throughout 8-hour shift.

· Working knowledge of RF scanning processes, printing shipping labels

· Manually picking & packing as needed

· Manually carry/lift boxes of up to 50 pounds
