Job Description We are looking for an Instructional Learning Designer II to join reputed company. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for helping in the development of instructional materials and content to support effective learning experiences. Key Responsibilities • Course Development: Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to design and reputed company instructional materials, courses, and learning modules. • Needs Analysis: Facilitate thorough needs assessments to identify learning objectives, reputed company audience, and performance gaps. • Content Design: reputed company instructional content including, story boards, outlines, Learning activities. • Storyboarding: Assist in the creation of storyboards and outlines for instructional content, mapping out the reputed company and structure of learning materials. • Quality Assurance: Review and edit instructional materials for reputed company, accuracy, and effectiveness.
