You'll partner directly with engineering leadership to identify, attract, and hire exceptional software engineers, AI engineers, product managers, and technical leaders who will shape the future of Kantiv.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Beyond recruiting, you'll help build the people foundation that enables our engineering team to do their best work—from onboarding and employee experience to HR operations and manager support.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We're looking for someone who enjoys finding exceptional talent, building lasting relationships, and creating systems that scale as the company grows.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>What you'll do</h2><h3>Technical Recruiting</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own full-cycle recruiting for software engineering, AI/ML, product, platform, DevOps, QA, and other technical roles.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner closely with engineering managers and leadership to understand hiring priorities, define ideal candidate profiles, and develop effective hiring strategies.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build proactive sourcing pipelines through LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, recruiting communities, and other creative channels.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Screen candidates for technical capability, communication skills, growth potential, and cultural alignment.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first conversation through offer acceptance.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Continuously improve hiring velocity, quality, and recruiting processes through data and experimentation.</p></li></ul><h3>People Operations</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage onboarding to ensure every new hire has an exceptional first-day experience.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support employee engagement initiatives and help create a high-performance engineering culture.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with managers on performance conversations, employee development, and day-to-day people matters.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and ensure compliance with Indian employment regulations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Help improve HR processes, policies, and operational workflows as the company scales.</p></li></ul><h3>Building the Engineering Organization</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with leadership to continuously raise the hiring bar.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop structured interview processes, scorecards, and recruiting playbooks.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strengthen our employer brand within India's engineering community.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build long-term talent pipelines for future hiring needs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Use recruiting metrics and hiring insights to improve decision-making and forecast hiring capacity.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><h2>What You'll Bring</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">4–8 years of experience in HR with significant experience recruiting technical talent.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A proven track record of successfully hiring software engineers and other technical professionals.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong sourcing skills and the ability to identify exceptional candidates before they begin actively looking.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience working closely with engineering leaders and understanding technical hiring requirements.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.</p></li></ul><h2>Experience we'd be
