About the Role

As an Appointment Setter, you'll connect with inbound and outbound prospects, qualify opportunities, and book appointments for our coaching team. Your conversations will often be the first step in someone's transformation journey.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Engage with leads through phone, text, email, and social media
  • Build rapport and uncover prospects' goals and challenges
  • Qualify candidates using established criteria
  • Schedule appointments for coaches and advisors
  • Consistently follow up with prospects who have not yet booked an appointment
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activity
  • Consistently achieve appointment-setting targets
  • Collaborate with the sales and coaching teams

What We're Looking For
  • Proven appointment setting, SDR, BDR, or customer-facing sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable handling objections and guiding conversations
  • Organized and consistent with follow-up
  • Growth-minded and coachable
