<div><strong>Description/Responsibilities</strong><br/><br/>Our Senior Partner Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships of participating fitness locations within Tivity's Medicare and commercial networks. In this role you will serve as the primary commercial contact for partner locations, ensuring partners understand program value, remain engaged in the network and expand their participation. You will also drive retention, partner satisfaction, and network growth by acting as a trusted advisor to partners and aligning their business goals with Tivity's programs.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/><ul><li>Serve as the primary relationship owner for the assigned partner locations.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, executives, operators, and regional leaders across the partner network.</li><li>Drive partner retention and engagement through proactive outreach and business reviews.</li><li>Identify opportunities to expand partner participation across additional locations or services.</li><li>Analyze partner performance metrics (utilization, CpV, AVPP, revenue) and recommend growth and retention </li><li>Act as the voice of the partner within Tivity, by collaborating with operations, product, support, sales and client relations teams.</li><li>Support partner marketing and promotional initiatives to increase program adoption.</li><li>Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics affecting Tivity programs and partner businesses.</li><li>Supports other initiatives, projects and activities related to the partner network's business objectives</li></ul><br/><br/><strong>Qualifications</strong><br/><br/><ul><li>5+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or business development.</li><li>Experience working with multi-location operators, franchises, or healthcare networks preferred.</li><li>Strong relationship management and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to interpret performance data and develop strategic recommendations.</li><li>Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).</li><li>Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Health or related field) or equivalent experience.</li></ul><br/><br/>Key Performance Indicators<br/><br/><ul><li>Partner retention rate</li><li>Network growth</li><li>Cost per Visit</li><li>Average Visits Per Participant</li><li>Total payments to assigned partners</li><li>Engagement with program initiatives</li><li>Partner Engagement and Satisfaction</li></ul><br/>The salary range for this opportunity is $74,800 to $102,000.
