Job Description:

**THIS IS A SHIFT ROLE**

Tuesday - Saturday 10:00am - 6:00pm EST

Supports desktop equipment users with hardware and software planning, problem resolution, setup, integration, testing, and installation. Provides technical advice, guidance, and informal training to customers using hardware and software programs.

Performs technical, analytical, or maintenance work. Typically, knowledge is gained through a combination of formal education in a vocational or technical degree program and on-the-job training.

Requires full proficiency in a range of technical, analytical, or scientific processes or procedures through training and considerable on-the-job experience. Completes a variety of atypical assignments. Works within defined technical processes and procedures or methodologies and may help determine the appropriate approach for new assignments. Works with a limited degree of supervision, with oversight focused only on complex new assignments. Acts as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.

Basic Qualifications:

Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $24.30/hr to $39.50/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance. The company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
