Who knows where our shared journey will take you? <br> <br>Siemens is seeking an <strong>Electronics & Semiconductor Enterprise Account Manager</strong> to drive automation-focused growth within the fast-expanding fast growing Electronics and Semiconductor Vertical. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, position Siemens' industry-leading automation platforms, and serve as the strategic partner for hyperscale and colocation customers.<br> <br>This position plays a significant role in the development, profitable growth, collaboration and life cycle management of the assigned customers within the Data Center Market automation of white-space/grey-space infrastructure. In this role, you will work directly with end users, integrators, OEMs, and contractors. You will also focus on the ecosystem of A&E firms, general contractors, and EPC firms to influence designs and drive adoption of Siemens solutions. Siemens automation platforms play a critical role in enabling highly available, scalable, and energy-optimized operations.<br><br> Examples of solution components:<br> <ul> <li>Siemens SIMATIC PLCs (S7-1200, S7-1500)</li> <li>TIA Portal / WinCC SCADA / PCS 7 / SIMATIC HMI</li> <li>Industrial networking & cybersecurity (Scalance, Ruggedcom)</li> </ul><br>This position is based in the greater Ohio or Kentucky surrounding markets, with remote flexibility for highly qualified candidates.<br> <br><strong>You'll make an impact by:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Serving as the internal orchestrator across Siemens business units, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, enterprise-wide solutions in a rapidly growing vertical market.</li> <li>Developing and executing long-term account strategies and business plans that balance strategic vision with tactical execution.</li> <li>Driving customer-centricity by identifying & collaborating in developing customer value across multiple business lines.</li> <li>Cultivate strategic relationships across assigned accounts, engaging with business and functional leaders, including senior managers and C-suite decision-makers-to drive impactful, enterprise-level solutions</li> <li>Leading and managing account pursuits and participating in larger pursuit teams, ensuring opportunity execution oversight, and lifecycle support.</li> <li>Building and maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships through effective communication and influence without authority.</li> <li>Leveraging CRM tools and reporting systems to track performance, manage pipelines, and support strategic decision-making.</li> </ul><br><strong>You will win us over by having the following qualifications:</strong><br> <br><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong><br><br><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree </li> <li>10+ years of experience in strategic account management or enterprise sales.</li> <li>5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams or initiatives as a manager or a proven collaboration with other teams to drive an outcome.</li> <li>Ability to travel up to 50% domestically, based on business needs.</li> <li>Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.</li> </ul><br><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong><br><ul> <li>Experience in Electeonics or Semiconductor Manufacturing Industry or related industries. </li> <li>Working Knowledge of Automation and Software Solutions (PLC's, SCADA, Drives & Networking)</li> <li>Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications</li> <li>Strong understanding of internal business operations and cross-functional collaboration.</li> <ul> <li>Engaging early in the design cycle (spec-in strategy)</li> <li>Working closely with integration partners, OEMs, distributors</li> <li>Multi-year enterprise growth planning across end user sales. </li> <li>Large-pursuit orchestration for multi-site or global accounts</li> <li>Coordinating with pre-sales engineering, solution architects, and product specialists</li> </ul> <li>Demonstrated success in growing enterprise accounts through strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.</li> <li>Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven account planning.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative leadership style.</li> </ul><br><strong>You'll benefit from: </strong> <br> <ul> <li>Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees.
