Raines has maintained a family-oriented culture that believes in building relationships with our associates, with our partners and within the communities where we operate.<br><br>We offer comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision benefits, 401K, a generous PTO program, and the opportunity to join a winning culture recognized for rewarding our best with opportunities to advance their career within the company.<br><br><strong>Essential Job Functions<br><br></strong><ul><li>Greeting guests and responding to requests</li><li>Maintain a healthy and safe environment in guest rooms</li><li>Assign tasks inspect work to ensure it’s up to standard</li><li>Provide training for team members</li><li>Assist in the overall supervision of the department</li><li>Inventory supplies and provide lists of needed items in a timely fashion</li><li>Investigate complaints regarding housekeeping services and takes corrective action</li><li>Changing bed linen and making beds</li><li>Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap</li><li>Sweeping and mopping floors</li><li>Vacuuming carpets</li><li>Dusting and polishing furniture</li><li>Emptying trash containers</li><li>Cleaning public areas, such as corridors</li><li>Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs</li><li>Updating status of guest rooms on assignment board</li><li>Restocking cleaning cart and/or supplies</li><li>Follow all health and safety rules</li><li>Attends meetings as required<br><br></li></ul><strong>Experience And Education<br><br></strong>Experience in the hospitality industry as a room attendant or similar role<br><br><strong>Prior Supervisory Experience Preferred<br><br></strong>Experience cleaning in a customer focused environment<br><br>Experience with specific Brand as it applies<br><br>Minimum High school diploma, GED or equivalent<br><br><strong>Raines is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer<br><br></strong>We are an equal opportunity employer.
