We are a premier physician-led Dermatology practice serving communities across 7 states for more than 50 years. We're currently seeking a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with a minimum of 2 years experience in Dermatology to join our team in our Easton, Maryland office, located on the Eastern shore of Maryland. This opening is in an established and busy office serving an underserved community, and our support team is ready to help you provide the best care to patients in the area. We list the compensation openly: Salary: $130,000+ unlimited bonus potential. Full time and Part-time options available (32-40 hours per week). ### What you would do and how we work together You will promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the quality of service and care our patients deserve. You will be expected to have a thorough working knowledge of all medical protocols, standard operating procedures and policies, and to adhere to designated standards and protocols for medical documentation for services performed. Part of the daily work includes reviewing all new client intake forms, documenting client treatments and plans of care, and building patient partnerships by appropriately matching patient needs to the various services and products offered while clearly educating the patient on how they will receive the most benefit. Other duties as assigned will be part of the role when needed. ### The kind of experience, skills, and credentials we require We expect knowledge of Clinical Dermatology services and treatments and excellent customer service skills and bedside manner. Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written), strong organization, efficiency, and the ability to operate in a busy work environment are important. We look for team-oriented individuals who operate in a transparent manner with integrity and who have a willingness to succeed and grow individually as well as part of a team. Licensure and certification expectations are specific: Board Certified Nurse Practitioner; active and unrestricted State Medical license or ability to obtain; and Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and (CDS) for prescription writing.
