They are seeking a Principal SAP Financial Services / Insurance Enterprise Application Consultant who will contribute to various phases of the consulting lifecycle, including business process consulting, solution development, and team guidance.


Responsibilities

  • Define the problem, propose and create the solution
  • Play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution
  • Guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building
  • Help detail the project scope
  • Shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
  • At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology
  • At least 11 years of overall SAP experience, with a strong focus on SAP Finance (S/4HANA Finance, SAP FICO, Group Reporting, or related modules)
  • Domain expertise in Financial Services and/or Insurance — understanding of industry processes, regulations, and client priorities
  • Proven track record of leading SAP delivery programs as a senior leader
  • Experience in pursuit management — shaping proposals, building business cases, and engaging with C-suite stakeholders
  • Strong communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence both clients and internal leadership
  • Willingness to work across the US, with travel as required
  • Experience in both Financial Services and Insurance verticals
  • Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment
  • This position may require travel and/or relocation
