Job Description: Staff QA Engineer – EDI & Integration **Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; Sponsorship is not available for this position. INNOVATE without boundaries! Your Role on Our Team: As a Staff QA Engineer – EDI & Integration, you will lead quality strategy and execution across enterprise integration platforms, ensuring reliable, scalable, and high-performing system connectivity. You will play a critical role in validating EDI transactions, Azure-based integrations, and Oracle ERP data flows while building automation frameworks that support CI/CD-driven delivery models. You’ll collaborate closely with integration architects, developers, ERP functional teams, and DevOps engineers to ensure seamless business process execution across systems. You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities: Lead QA strategy for EDI and enterprise integration initiatives across platforms. Develop and maintain end-to-end test plans covering EDI transactions, Azure integrations, and Oracle ERP interfaces. Validate EDI transactions (e.g., 850, 855, 856, 810, etc.) and ensure accurate system-to-system processing. Test integrations leveraging Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, and Azure Functions. Perform data-level validation to ensure mapping accuracy, transformation integrity, and reconciliation between systems. Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks for APIs, integration pipelines, and ERP workflows. Implement automated regression suites within CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Postman/Newman, Playwright, Azure DevOps, K6, or similar. Partner with architects and developers to enforce integration testing standards and best practices. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to QA team members. Contribute to documentation, test strategies, and quality governance processes. Perform other duties as assigned. The TOOLS you’ll bring with you: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. 7+ years of QA engineering experience with a strong focus on system integrations. Hands-on experience with EDI standards, workflows, and mapping validation. Strong understanding of Azure Integration Services and modern integration patterns. Experience testing Oracle ERP (Cloud or EBS) integrations and data flows. Proficiency in automation frameworks and scripting languages (Playwright, TypeScript/JavaScript, etc.). Strong SQL skills for backend data validation. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and CI/CD pipelines. Other TOOLS we prefer you to have: Experience with B2B/EDI platforms. Exposure to Azure Data Factory, event-driven architectures, or distributed systems. Knowledge of supply chain, retail, or manufacturing ERP processes. Experience implementing performance and load testing strategies for integrations.
