The Mom Project is excited to partner with our client, a children's meal subscription start-up based in Los Angeles, CA.

About the role: The Company is seeking a Brand Ambassador to represent The Company in various field marketing opportunities throughout LA and OC. The Brand Ambassador role is responsible for providing samples and education to parents, caregivers, teachers, and children, while creating a memorable and fun experience that brings awareness to the The Company brand and the importance of kids nutrition. This role reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing.

You have a keen understanding of the unique challenges of working with young children and their caregivers and/or parents. Responsibilities

  • Be the face of and represent The Company at special events, parties, pop-ups, and street and/or school activations in Los Angeles and Orange County
  • Perform all duties associated with event execution, including set-up/tear-down, supply runs, etc.
  • Hand out food and/or beverage samples, increase brand and product awareness, and deliver a highly engaging experience for customers
  • Be an expert on our meals and subscription model and reactive and proactive in spreading the The Company love
  • Tap into your community knowledge to identify future sampling and event opportunities
  • Submit activation recap within specified, required time frame that may include photos, inspection forms, activation results, & consumer feedback
  • Capture photo and video content for marketing materials as needed

Job Requirements

  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to bend and twist, sit and stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be willing to work outdoor events
  • Must be able to provide availability two weeks in advance
  • Must be comfortable traveling within Los Angeles and Orange County

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales, marketing, or event experience preferred
  • Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to bring a high level of energy to event
  • Experience with brand marketing or being a brand ambassador
  • Experience with influencer marketing
  • Experience with high-profile VIPs

Compensation: $20.00/hr

Location: Los Angeles and Orange County
