THE JOB:

As an International Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in cultivating and maintaining high-value guest relationships while delivering world-class service aligned with MGM Resorts International Marketing standards. This role blends relationship management, personalized service, and strategic customer engagement to drive loyalty and enhance the guest experience across our iconic Las Vegas properties.

You will serve as a trusted point of contact for assigned guests, ensuring seamless coordination of reservations, amenities, incentives, and VIP experiences—while upholding the highest standards of professionalism, compliance, and confidentiality.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Build, maintain, and grow relationships with casino guests from assigned market

  • Evaluate guest gaming activity to determine and provide appropriate incentives, including room, food and beverage, event tickets, promotional chips, free play, airfare, and other approved allowances

  • Greet assigned guests upon check-in and check-out and provide personalized service throughout their stay

  • Process guest reservations and requests using VIPR/AUTOCAB, OPERA, and PATRON systems

  • If authorized, approve minimum comp and allowance levels and grant marker authorization limits to qualifying guests

  • Attend special events and marketing functions to promote engagement and strengthen guest relationships

  • Resolve guest concerns and disputes professionally to ensure satisfaction for both the guest and the company

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of guest information in accordance with company policies

  • Ensure compliance with all local laws, Title 31 requirements, and mandatory training programs

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Ability to communicate effectively in Gujarati, Urdu, and/or Hindi required

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 1+ year of relevant experience required

  • Previous experience in a luxury resort or casino environment preferred

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment

  • Demonstrates exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills

  • Maintains a polished, professional appearance aligned with MGM Resorts Marketing standards

  • Exhibits strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness

  • Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

  • Willing to travel domestically or internationally as needed to support the assigned guest base
